30 Min Guided Meditation

Join me for an immersive guided event where we will combine multiple healing and cleansing modalities to create a soul clearing, heart centering experience. The intention is to create a safe space for you to heal and grow on all levels. What you can expect: - Soft Background Music - Intentional Cleansing - Crystal Vibration Healing - Grounding Breathwork Exercise - Healing Protection Prayer - Immersive Guided Visualization - Reiki Infused Silent Meditation - Intuitive Discussion I encourage healing through talking out your experience and sharing anything that may come to light during the meditation once we are complete. You can bring a journal or notebook if you choose to jot down any information gathered during our healing. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to lay on a massage table for the duration of the visit. I will also place an eye mask over your eyes if you choose.
